Do anyone get tightness in their sinuses with anxiety?
Im not completely sure if its my facial muscles or if its my sinuses but the whole day its been really tight and tingly On the sides of my nose, going up my nose between my eyebrows. My head feels as if its pulsing. Do anyone else experience this with Anxiety??
