Help!!!

I'm due for af tomorrow and my symptoms that I had have subsided until today I've had cramping in my lower right pelvic region and back aches could this be pms or pregnant I tested last night and was negative I have irregular cycles but I don't remember cramping days or a day before it's usually the day of I cramp opinions please!
