Itchy all over!!! Help

Hello ladies, I've been noticing that days before my period start I'm literally going crazy from itching soooo much...literally from the scalp on my head to in between toes! It's almost unbareable...please don't let me be the only one out there! I'm wondering if its hormone related...It's not a skin rash and I don't believe it's allergy related due to many reasons...
