Pink Tax

I am absolutely sick and tired of people complaining about the "pink tax". I'm tired of hearing that "women's items are more expensive when they're the same as men's" if that's so, then buy the "men's" product and move on. Clearly the items aren't the same if you're not willing to buy the "men's" product. Different products have different things in them, prices will vary. Yes a pink pack of "women's" razors may be more expensive but a "men's" razor works just the same, if you choose to have the pink or purple one, that's on you. As for clothing, you cannot compare different brands of clothing and say well the women's is more expensive. It's all a choice. You choose what you buy and then complain about it when they're is an alternative but because you don't like the alternative as much it's just a reason to bitch and complain.
As for tampons and pads. I agree they are needed but I only paid a one time fee of $40 for my menstraul cup. If you choose to buy tampons and pads every month that's your choice. There are options. There are reuseable pads if you're not comfortable inserting a cup.
Why are condoms tax free? Well for one I don't want to hear the argument that only males use condoms because I can damn well bet if you're not trying to conceive or whatever you're asking that guy to use a condom. It's beneficial to both males and females. Prevents unwanted pregnancy, which is cheaper than having an abortion. And if You live somewhere where the government covers it, there's your tax money. Also helps prevent the spread of std's. Condoms are beneficial to both parties.
Some of the arguments is like comparing apples to bananas and the others are a choice you make.

We have a "free condom shop" in our town where kids can go and get them no charge.. they also offer STD testing and pregnancy testing at no charge. I think it's a great program for young sexually active kids. It's definitely knocked down teen pregnancy around here.

Not having periods was the only upside to my IUD lol it completely screwed my body up. But I agree not having a period for years was awesome.

I hated my iud lol. it actually ended up migrating out of me after about 5 months. but yes I agree they're a long term option that you don't have to think about. I also had to pay 1800 dollars for mine which sucked but 1800 is cheaper than 18 years of kids lol

Yea women don't realize there are cheap 6 packs of razors for 2 to 3 dollars. They suck but they are there. If you want the fanciest razor with all the works and a pretty color don't complain about the price. And looking pretty is a necessity. You could easily but the 5$ basic Ts that men wear. We choose to be fashionable. Again there's a price for that

They work for me Kristie, but I have fine blonde body hair. If you have thicker hair, they might not work so well. But I have had no problems at all, I can use one razor from head-to-toe twice before I have to change it.

do they work lee?? like won't tear your up and cause razor burn. I've tried some of the cheaper razors and have majorly regretted it no matter how much shaving cream I use
