Pink Tax

I am absolutely sick and tired of people complaining about the "pink tax". I'm tired of hearing that "women's items are more expensive when they're the same as men's" if that's so, then buy the "men's" product and move on. Clearly the items aren't the same if you're not willing to buy the "men's" product. Different products have different things in them, prices will vary. Yes a pink pack of "women's" razors may be more expensive but a "men's" razor works just the same, if you choose to have the pink or purple one, that's on you. As for clothing, you cannot compare different brands of clothing and say well the women's is more expensive. It's all a choice. You choose what you buy and then complain about it when they're is an alternative but because you don't like the alternative as much it's just a reason to bitch and complain.
As for tampons and pads. I agree they are needed but I only paid a one time fee of $40 for my menstraul cup. If you choose to buy tampons and pads every month that's your choice. There are options. There are reuseable pads if you're not comfortable inserting a cup.
Why are condoms tax free? Well for one I don't want to hear the argument that only males use condoms because I can damn well bet if you're not trying to conceive or whatever you're asking that guy to use a condom. It's beneficial to both males and females. Prevents unwanted pregnancy, which is cheaper than having an abortion. And if You live somewhere where the government covers it, there's your tax money. Also helps prevent the spread of std's. Condoms are beneficial to both parties.
Some of the arguments is like comparing apples to bananas and the others are a choice you make.
