So confused!

I am currently on Norgestimate & Ethinyl Estrodiol tablets. From the glen mark company. According to the guide there is 4 different sets of hormones in the packet. Other sets of pills have only 2 and then some rest days for you to get your period. But when exactly do I get my period with these pills? They work great , but are so confusing.
