Allergic to cum?

Everytime I give head and they end up cumming and I swallow, I get very bloated and gassy! Like to the point it hurts my stomach so much and it's embarrassing bc I need to fart but I can't because my partner is next to me, mind you these aren't little farts God damn... Does this happen to anyone else? How do I stop it?!
