Ingrown hair?

How will I know if this pimple blister looking thing is an ingrown hair vs anything else it hurts when wiping and or touching it not sure what to do

I think I have one too and so I read up on it. If you think it is possibly an ingrown hair, then the best thing to do is to leave it be so the hair can make its way out. Make sure you keep it clean and don't pester with the bump too much. Don't try squeezing it if you don't think it's ready to be squeezed. Also, to avoid getting another one, make sure you always shave with a sharp razor and not a dull one, make sure to always clean thoroughly before and after you shave, and make sure to moisturize!!! If that bump doesn't eventually subside, and it won't pop, then you should consult your doctor. I hope this helps you!

If you notice a little skin type thing hanging off it, try to pop it and then if it's an ingrown hair the little hair will stick out gra some tweezers and pull. Yes it's gonna hurt like hell but it'll definitely  feel better afterwards
