Engaged but still in ribs?

Ftm here and I'm 36w. Im suddenly very miserable. I feel like this baby is going to fall out, im in pain real low, sitting, standing, walking....everything is uncomfortable and I constantly have to pee but barely anything comes out. From what I understand, these are signs the baby has dropped or is in the process of. Except my bump looks the same and I can still feel her/see her high up. I'm only 5 ft tall with a short torso and she's been measuring in the 93rd percentile for leg length since 28 weeks. Could she be dropping and I'm just not seeing it from the outside because she's long?
