Trying to stay positive

So today I'm officially 14 wks. This morning I go to glow to log for the day and what's the first thing I see, a post from someone who miscarried at 14 wks. Please don't miss understand I feel horrible for everyone that suffers a loss. It's just seeing this had me bummed and worried all day. Once I made it past 12wks I felt relieved. But this just made me realize that this could happen at anytime. Now I feel i won't feel better until my next Dr's appointment which is next week.
