Books and doctors do a great job describing them but so far none of those descriptions include locations. I've had tightening in the upper uterus, which seems consistent and my doc says those are BH contractions. I've also got tightening in the upper back. Anyone else? Trying to figure out if it's posture related or not, but it comes and goes no matter what position I'm in. This has developed between appointments but I'll be sure to ask next time. Sometimes it's accompanied by nausea.
