I don't know about natural organic salts but I used Epsom salts a few times a week. The magnesium boost is good for you. My OB was the one who recommended I do it to start with.

I did Epsom salt baths like every day lol I do them with my daughter now, it's good for stress and your skin. Bathe away!! Haha
