How to tell my husband he smells?

He showers once a week! Also I know he would go a couple days without brushing his teeth, but iv noticed that his toothbrush has not been in the bathroom since he left for a business trip 2 weekends ago that means 2 weeks of not brushing his teeth!? I can't have sex with him or even kiss him, I was hoping he would ask me why I am so physically distant so I could could just tell him! It's been going on for months (he's just to lazy to shower) and the effects are just getting worse! Iv tried offering him to shower with me but I HATE shower sex, plus I'm a morning showerer and he's already working! I just need help on how to approach the subject becuase this can't go on anymore!
