Okay last time I got a job at a Pink store at my local mall and they were low on workers ECT

So today was pretty busy, and I was bored of asking if people needed help, my boss was counting things doing normal "Boss" things would do, and a transgender comes into the store, and a few girls standing in one of the corner by a jewelery/ accessory counter, are giving her the eye.

Now I notice this while checking out customers left right and center and these girls wait for everyone else to leave and when they all do they get to work they started saying harsh things about her

Saying that freaks like her don't belong in stores and how they belong in the trash, now she ignored these comments and I thought less of it

(Stupid move on my end)

So then it started getting physical two of these girls, started to call her names like

"Freak, female wannabe, Barbie doll." And shit like that then the other two girls they start throwing merchandise at her and that's when it got physical. They started throwing phone cases, jewelry, hand bags at her and screaming at her to get out.

So these girl I start to get involved when I see her crying and what do I fo? I get my boss to call mall security and they come by and take all the girls away. They damaged 120$ worth in merchandise plus a charge on Assualt and harassment which came out to 220$ fine for each girl.

Now me and my boss are printing a sign that says "Transgenders welcome" we also put up a store rules

Sign. As for the transgender? She works in the same work place as me 😊, and I Make sure she doesn't get bullied ever again, after she was hit with merchandise, she suffered a minor bruise, nothing too major.

What sucks is how people take it on themselves to abuse people who change their gender because they aren't happy about it.

Message to Transgenders :

You guys to gals or gals to guys are very brave for doing that choice it's not easy and no matter what people say about you stay strong!
