Advice for friend who miscarried at 34 weeks?

I just recently had my first child and found out that an old friend miscarried very late in her pregnancy. I feel like I need to reach out and say I am thinking of her but I don't know the best way to do so. I was thinking of sending flowers but I wanted to add a personal touch or some kind words.
