Anyone else struggle with polycystic ovarian syndrome??

I was "diagnosed" with polycystic ovarian syndrome. I have irregular periods and have excessive hair growth. It's embarrassing 😞 does anyone else have this struggle and what do you do to help with the excessive hair growth? It's also difficult because I want to become a mom so bad but it's very hard to do so when I'm not even getting my period 😢 any guidance is appreciated
