Tuna fish
How does tuna fish help you not throw up? I been really sick and I read eating tuna helps cause it's high in vitamins and can help you with the omegas and other things you may need when pregnant! I have taken nothing today and the sickness has been better. So hopefully this means it's gonna start going away soon?
