Symptoms after mc?

Ok ladies. Is anyone else feeling these symptoms ?? I had a Blighted Ovum MC in December and had a d&c done in January. Have been ttc since March. With my first pregnancy I kept feeling weird twinges/pressure on my ovaries but not as bad as a period cramp. I started feeling then a few days before my Missed period. I am around a week FROM missing my period and I have been feeling these twinges since a few days after ovulation... No other symptoms but a random sore throat which I know could be a cold coming on and sore breasts. I tested at 6 dpo( today) which I know is too early I just thought what the heck maybe it'll show up. But I was wondering has anyone else been feeling this way??? Comments?
