So frustrated!!!!!

I have been having contractions since 11am today. It's now almost 8pm here. I went into labor and delivery at 3pm and said My cervix wasn't changing and sent me home. I'm still having them 4 minutes apart and still pretty strong but not getting worse. I have literally tried everything to get them to get worse and make progress but still nothing. So at 5pm I finally said *F it and took a nap to relax because if there not making progress then why stay in pain... But they won't go away either. Suggestions? Ideas?
