I'm 37+2 I had a cervical exam today at 2pm. Didn't hurt and was a tad uncomfortable . She said I was 1 cm and 50% thinned. I know that means nothing on when he's coming but just want to give as much info as I can. She also said I could spot or cramp afterwards but I didn't until a few mintues ago. 7:20pm. I've been getting contractions, not regular but some 15 mins apart others 5 some even 2. I'm just curious if it's normal to spot 5 hours after the exam? At first I just felt wet so I felt down there and it was a deep red but when I went to check it out there was none on my panties and when I wiped it was light pink with a small clot.
