Best type of birth control???

I am thinking about starting birth control since I'm getting married we don't plan on having a baby any time soon (I know birth control isn't 100% safe) we just wanna enjoy being newly weds for awhile lol I was just wondering what types there are? I know about the pill but is there different types and which one is the best? Thank you in advance!!
