Why does the world hate me? I'm just a normal girl who gets bullied everyday and hates her life. Why did the universe choose me out of everyone in the world?

I'm sorry you get bullied baby girl but don't worry one day your gonna glow up on these hoes and their gonna be sorry. Stay strong. People who bully are trash people who hate themselves don't even cry about it just feel bad for them.

The universe didn't choose you. Some random people with no life did. 
It's not your fault that you're being bullied - how can anyone blame the victim? Bullying and harassment can never be justified. That's not how things are supposed to be dealt with. If you have a bone to pick with someone, you go to the law or a person with more authority, and get it dealt with diplomatically. At least, that's what civilized people do. It says nothing positive about a person's character that they make a habit of picking on people who can't fight back.
You didn't do anything to deserve being bullied. It's really not your fault. 
Someday, your bullies will grow up. You'll see them in a supermarket or be conducting a job interview, and they'll walk in. They might recognize you, they might not, but they won't treat you the same. They'll feel horribly guilty and apologize for their actions, and you'll feel almost surreal after the experience. You'll be surprised at just how unafraid you were. At how different your former bully seemed. At how calm the whole encounter was.  And above all, you'll be proud of yourself for having moved past that point in your life.
