Baby Dog?

My dog has been so clingy and attached since I found out I was pregnant. She follows me everywhere and sits or lays next to me. She even gets in my bed before bed time and lays there with me until I fall asleep. Sometimes she only leaves me 1/3 of the full sized bed (she's 90pounds). Does she think I'm giving her a dog baby? Lol
Anyone else experienced clingy dog syndrome while pregnant?

I seriously can't make a move without her. If I get up she's up. Oh and she HAS to sleep by my belly EVERY NIGHT! She won't leave my sight. My husband can't touch me or she'll go crazy. Interesting to see how to acts when baby comes

All 6 of my pups do this, they are very clingy, my youngest is 12 weeks and everytime I make a noise, she's up in my face making sure I'm ok. My cats even do it. It can get a little annoying because my baby, she's a cane Corso pit mix, has gotten very very protective, she is alpha of the pack (out of the dogs, they know my husband and I are the real alphas lol) and she will growl and push all the others away from me, she's getting to the point where anybody that comes around even if she knows you, she'll put herself between us and watch them, not aggressively, but just caustious and no one is aloud to touch me lol. Unless I tell her otherwise, she listens very well, so I don't have to worry about her attacking (I've worked with her as a k9 attack dog
 so she knows to wait until commanded) but she will vocalize her opinion if you get to close lol

My dog would not leave my side the whole 9 months and especially during labor!! She was following me around lmao. Yet after the baby got here she was so uninterested she was like 😒 my job here is done
