Positive or negative? Advice please

Hey guys so I took this ovulation test strip and I can't ever read these things right I don't wanna get excited and not be right. So could. Y'all tell me if this looks positive to you I'm currently on CD14 with a 46 day cycle and AF usually lasts 5 days so idk when exactly I ovulate since I'm still so irregular is it possible I'm close to ovulation? Also when would be the best time to tart charting my bbt I just got the thermometer I been looking for so I didnt know if I should start charting when I wake up or if I should wait please help
