I've decided that 6 months is long enough. If by the 6 month mark I haven't conceived I'm going to delete all these applications for tracking and fertility. I'll go back to tracking my cycle only with just my mini calendar and stop symptom spotting constantly. The obsession is having a negative effect on my health, my fertility and my marriage. When/if we're meant to get pregnant we will. I'm not religious at all but I do believe that everything happens for a reason and when they are supposed to happen. Even just coming to this decision I feel better and less stressed. ?
