He leads me on and teases me!

Sometimes throughout the day we dirty talk by text when either of us are working. He says what he'd do to me and that. But when I get home it doesn't happen! So when I get moody or frustrated he says I get in moods only when we don't have sex. I said well no, I get pissed off when you lead me on the whole day and nothing comes of it. Anyone else have a man that sometimes is all talk and no dick lol. Quit teasing me and f**k me already! 😂😂😂
