Why do people...?

Why do people take tests SO soon? There's no point in getting your hopes up within the first 5 days after ovulation. And why do people take apart the tests and ask what the results mean? Read the directions. Tests are invalid after a certain amount of time and if the test has been altered/taken apart. I know there are a lot of women struggling to conceive and want that positive so bad, but come on.
