Would you use a last pumped option?

Question

I breast feed but I also pump and store for when I can't be with my LO. I try to alternate so there's a good supply for her when she's hungry again. So I think that maybe it would be a cool feature.

We know pumping doesn't remove milk as well as a baby so I try to have her "finish" the pumped one before I put her to the other. Idk if this system makes any sense to anyone but it seems to work well for me and my LO and that would come in handy I think.

Pump left breast, then let baby feed on left breast. You've pumped fore milk, and baby gets the hind milk.

That is actually how you are supposed to do it. Always start on the last one used so the little one gets all of the nutrients.

I feed her then pump right after, this way im making sure she get enough then save the extra

Never heard of this before so thank you!! I was doing the opposite and feeding the baby first and then pumping both. Now I know better

I wouldn't use one because I plan on hand expressing milk for a few minutes after every time I nurse just to make things simpler. I'll just keep adding to a bottle throughout the day until it's full. Keeps your breasts from producing milk when they aren't supposed to, and still helps your milk supply by creating a little more milk than you need each time.

I was always told hind milk before fore milk. Wich is what you are doing! Makes sense to me!!
