Freaking out a lil bit. Had our growth ultrasound... 6 lbs 11 oz already and im 35+3 weeks!!!!! Anyone else's baby measuring big? So scared of a csection and delivering early!

My baby was estimated 9+ lbs. I had a birth center delivery so no option for Csection unless I chose to switch to an OB, which wasn't happening. Women give birth to 9lbs, 10lbs+ babies just fine. I was a little tiny bit scared for a second because I obviously wasn't having epidural and was afraid or tearing, but baby came out weighing 7lbs 10oz and I didn't tear. Those scans are wrong all the time.

35 weeks mine measured at 6lbs 6oz already doc thinks if i go full term shell be ahout 8 lbs and shes measuring a week ahead.... but shes healthy and everything's good so im not worried ... good luck

At 34 weeks my little one was measuring 6lbs 6oz. I'm now 37 and Dr has said nothing about a c section.

I'm 32 weeks and 2 days, baby girl is weighing 5 pounds 1 ounce. Just 4 weeks ago she was 3 pounds 4 ounces! They said she's doing good and that she's weighing good, but that seems like alot to me lol plus I have gestational diabetes so that might have something to do with it. Look at this chubby little leg! My husband calls her our ham baby 😂

Our doctor made the call to do a c section after our growth scan and based on my pelvis and not thinking he would fit.

But plenty of people birth big babies!

Those estimates can be WAY off so your baby may weigh less. My son was 9 lbs 8 oz and I had him vaginally. I did have to have an episiotomy though.

My2nd is 9 .8 pounds.I have 3degree tear .my midwife never do grown scan :(  my 3rd is 7 pound but 3weeks early 1st degree tear .This time don't know what will happen??? All the best and good luck:)
