Best felt tip eyeliner UK
Can anyone recommend a good felt tip (pen) eyeliner? My eyes are hooded and I have slightly oily lids so eyeliner tends to transfer easily. So far I've tried a couple Maybelline and Covergirl ones, and they bleed and transfer within minutes. :-(
I've also tried many gel and liquid liners... So messy and gloopy, and they never make it past hour one!
