Heartburn????

Question

What does heartburn feel like? I get this weird feeling in my throat and I get nauseous. It's hard to try to explain the feeling but Idk what it might be.

Well it's kinda like throwing up in your mouth but it burns. . Then goes back down.. that's the only way I can explain it

My heartburn is so bad that the burning sensation is in my chest shoulders and arms for about an hour and half after I eat

Probably heart burn. It's basically your stomach acids coming up your throat.  I have it constantly.  I eat tums and a glass of milk.  I usually get it for to the foods I eat. Watermelon is also good to eat as it is mostly water.  Eating food that are less acidic also helps
