Help, not sure what to think

OK so me and my husband have been trying to conceive for a year once June hits. Issue is my period has been beyond irregular. Since last june I missed august, October through march and now I just missed may. All hpts come out negative and whenever I see my doctor she does a bunch of tests but nothing is wrong. I'm so confused and I'm beginning to get discouraged 😢 anyone else have this issue?
