Maybe a stupid question but...
Having intermittent cramping, which is normal, my belly muscles feel sore, like I've done a core workout but I haven't. Anyways, I was sitting down and went to stand up on had a brief, stabbing pain when I stood up from the chair. It made me a little dizzy but passed quickly. Is that just something that happens? Only five weeks.
