Testing?

So I've been TTC for 7 months. Negatives after negatives. Had my period since I was 12 and never had a cramp. I'm 8 or 9 DPO. I have crampings, backaches, and my nausea is crazy right now. Got a BFN yesterday but then noticed it was a regular and didn't test the early detection. Should I do a retest now?
