What does each CM discharge mean? Like watery, egg white, sticky, dry, and creamy? Like if mine is egg white what does that mean? Or watery? Or dry? Explanations please? Never done a cm check before but sometimes I have white stuff if my panties like creamy. Just curious what all they meant.

It changes based on your cycle. Egg white is the best for pregnancy as it means your ovulating or close to ovulating. It is also good for sperm to move through on their destination ;). Sticky typically happens after or right before period.
