I need a little help here..

The past 3 months I had a light period, which is odd for me, because usually I bleed so bad I go through several tampons a day. Plus, I have had random nausea, dizziness, fatigue, increased appetite, dehydrated, very frequent urination and random pains in my abdomen. I have taken multiple tests these past few months and all have been negative. I went to the doctor and took a pee test and it came out negative. I start AF in 7 days, should I test again? Nausea gets worse by the month and I am starting to feel uneasy. Fiancè believes it is a princess who is hiding (he cracks me up with these stories) I have an appointment with the OBGYN next week, but am still really nervous. Any advice on what could be going on?
