BBT Newbie ?

Question

Ok im new at tracking my BBT so question! According to glow I am ovulating with my most fertile day being tomorrow I started tracking my bbt Wednesday. Wednesday it was 97.3, Thursday it was 97.3, Friday it was 97.5, and today it was 97.9. Does this mean im ovulating now?

I'd suggest downloading fertility friend and doing their temping tutorial and use it to chart. You should also get a bbt thermometer because they're more accurate.

Hard to say with so few temps. You really need to temp every day through your cycle. A temp rise doesn't indicate you are GOING to ovulate, it tells you that you DID ovulate. If you have a sustained temperature of +0.4 for at least 3 days it tells you that you ovulated the day before your temp jumped. But you need to keep temping to see if it stays up, as your temp can fluctuate a but throughout your cycle.
