Need Opinions Please

Okay so about 3 weeks ago I went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was blood I swear. So I took a shower and put a tampon in right after. When I went to change the tampon there was NOTHING, not even a drop on it. It was white as snow. Then I kept a pad on just in case because I thought that was a little weird. I started showing signs that I was going to start my period, like my ankles were swelling, PMS, and light light cramping. But nothing, it's been two weeks since I saw that blood or whatever and I still havent started my period. I don't really keep track of my period that well because its irregular anyways (I need to start paying more attention) but I'm sure it's been over a month since my last one. Please help with your opinions 💕💙
