Help!!!

Ok I know I have posted a lot these past couple of days but I'm scared out of my mind. I started seeing more blood again. I have no cramps just red blood with clots in it. Now I was told I have a polyp on my cervix which may be causing the blood. But I may also lose my baby. I'm 8 weeks along. Question is how do I know I lost it? Will I feel it come out? Will I be in severe pain? This is my second baby and I don't remember this with my first. Please be kind.
