Weight loss!
Hello ladies, I want to ask for advice on weight loss. My husband is going to be gone at school from June to August and I want to to take the time to work on losing weight. Im currently on a 1,200 calorie a day meal plan but would love some workout routines and other advice that can help! I plan on losing 30-30 pounds by August 11. My daughter and I will be in Puerto Rico for those months so I'll have the time to workout and finally get into the best shape I can be. Any advice is more than welcome!
Also I currently weight 166lbs
