Possibly pregnant?

Me and hubby have been trying for a year and 3 months for our first baby. Last month we had a chemical and this month I had the same feeling lower back cramps and sore breasts. I get that every month for a few days but last month and this month it lasted for two weeks I thought af arrived yesterday but it's super light and stopped earlier now just spotting. Could it be just weird af and I got thrown off track a little from the chemical or could I actually gotten prego this month? Last month I got a vfl i was 4 days late fmu on blue dye and doc did blood work two days later said egg didn't implant all the way since my level was at 5 and af came the following day. This month I haven't tested af was early by like 3 day but i just feel off tender breasts still lower back cramps headaches. I know all af symptoms too so it's kinda confusing. Really appreciate any feed back!
