Pregnancy woes 😔😔

At 18 I got pregnant and had an abortion at 4 weeks , a year and a half after that I got pregnant and had a miscarriage then a year after that I got pregnant again which resulted in a miscarriage at 12 weeks ( no judgement ladies,please!!) and I've been trying to get pregnant now and it isn't working in my favor , do you guys think it's related to having two abortions ? Any tips ? I feel really guilty and I am very emotional about this
