Nipple piercings pt. 2

Hi, as some of you may have seen in a recent post of mine, I asked what actions can I take to make my nipple piercings heal quicker.. Today the  skin around my nipple ripped off (it sounds worse than it looks) It doesn't hurt and it has happened before, but this one in particular alarms me. I'm not sure what I should do. I would post a picture but I doubt any of you would like to see broken skin with blood lol I have cleaned it with crystallized sea salt and hot water and I don't play around with my piercings. Should I worry? It's not bad and like I said it's happened in the past because my nipple piercings would get caught to the lace on my bra, etc.
