(Hsg) Please help I'm scared and going to have a panic attack

Please help me its been a emotional year and 2 months for me trying to conceive. I'm suppose to get a Hsg and I'm scared I know one of my tubes are blocked I can just feel it but what if both are !? Can my doctor unblock it ? Is there something that can be done?
