C-section breastfeeding

Hi ladies my little girl is 3 days old, we are doing great with breastfeeding her latch is great and we are getting the hand of things. Today she has been more alert and is sucking constant and I can hear/feel her swollew. The last 2 feedings she chocked and started turning blue (got her up and color returned) the nurse said she's still bringing up a lot of fluid, it scares the hell out of me and advice or thoughts
