Pain in left groin😡😡

I'm nearly 22 wks, I was in hospital at 10 wks as had pains, they noticed I have a cyst on each O, at 12 wks they were the same size but said they would check them at 20 wks, when had 20 wk scan she was going to check so I asked her too, she said it wasn't part of my 20 wk scan even tho it was in notes, she had a quick look and said she could see much as baby in way and that I don't have the symptoms so they had prob gone, but now I'm getting a sharp on/off pain in my left groin, could this be to do with a cyst?!?!
