Fever - when?

If I have a fever when is Tylenol recommended? What temp is considered unsafe?

I had this convo with my doc on Friday because I've been sick all week. She said if I have a low grade fever, take Tylenol. If I have a fever over 100.5 call her, because that's dangerous for bubs.

If you're pregnant, you should call your doctor if your temp is Over 100.4 before taking anything.

My husband is a doctor and doesn't usually prescribe it until your temp is 101. But if you're feeling crappy and achey and have a headache, I would do it :)

Tylenol in general is safe for pregnancy, so if you're running hot, I don't see why not take it now
