Braxton Hicks vs Contractions
Hi. I'm only 22 weeks and I want to be ready for when I start having contractions/BH in the next few months... What do BH feel like? How do you know whether it's BH or an actual contraction?
In the morning, my belly does tighten and harden but I always assume it's Bentley moving around in there... Am I right?
I just want to be prepared.
