Abdominal pains in early stages of pregnancy. Is this normal?

Question

I am approx 6 weeks along and experience tugging pains or pains like i am about to start my period. One for a couple of days occasionally when i wiped did i see light brown discharge. Is this normal?
I only just found out im pregnant and cant see a doctor for a week due to certain circumstances, will it be okay? This is my first pregnancy and im 22. I am healthy i dont drink or smoke and ive got no health issues.

It's completely normal honey. I had mild cramping all the way up until 10 weeks. I'm 24 and pretty healthy as well. Also, some women tend to spot or bleed still around the time of their periods, or close to it. During my second month of pregnancy, about 8 weeks I had cramping and light spotting but didn't have any spotting for more than five days and it never happened again after that. So i say you're completely fine and it's normal, but if it really scares you or concerns you, you can ways talk to your doctor for advice and reassurance! Good luck momma and congratulations!!!

If it's light brown then its probably old blood. If you're cramping it could be from a cyst on your ovary. That's what i have and sometimes it hurts more than anything.

I know cramping pains are normal but if you start bleeding and cramping then I would go to the emergency room.
