Endometriosis... period due today.....weird aymptoms

I have endo and normally I cramp 2 days before AF... then spot day before. The dsy AF arrives I'm normally extremely constipate.... have very bad cramps and bowl movements. Today I have no cramps and diahhreah. No pain what so ever. In all my hears of endo I've never had this before. I'm hoping it's a good sign as my tests were BFN. Praying AF doesn't actually show! Anyone have anything similar?
