Back pain!!!
Hey all I'm 7 weeks along on number three and I'm having really bad back pain and I'm not even halfway through this pregnancy I had both my girls natural no epidural so I don't really understand why I'm having such awful back pain are there any excercises or sleep positions that can help me elleviate the pain ?
